This tour through the Stuttgart region aimed to present novel solutions and technologies that contribute to a more sustainable future and to take concerted steps as collaborators to promote sustainable innovations.

Our CEO, Petros Apostolopoulos, CTO, Stefan Bammesberger, and Co-Founder and Director of Sales - EMEA, Harry Böltz, gave our guests a tour of our production floor, showing these leaders in their respective sectors the ways in which we are proudly a sustainable business in the Stuttgart region and empower sustainable labs around the world.

The importance of sustainable economic development was emphasized during this visit. Sustainable economic development plays a crucial role in ensuring the long-term success and well-being of a region. It involves promoting economic growth while also considering the social and environmental impact of business activities.

By focusing on sustainability, regions like Stuttgart can invest in creating a thriving economy that not only benefits the present generation, but also preserves resources and opportunities for future generations.

Startup Culture in the Stuttgart Region

One of the key talking points during the visit at DISPENDIX was the startup culture in the Stuttgart region. Startups everywhere have historically played a vital role in driving innovation and economic growth. They have the flexibility and agility to develop new solutions and disrupt traditional industries that may have grown stale over time and sustained plateau periods post-growth. Participants of this visit had the opportunity to witness firsthand the entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas that are being nurtured in the Stuttgart region, including those at DISPENDIX.

By exploring the startup culture, our guests gained insights into the challenges and opportunities that our young company faces. As a group, they discussed ways to support and foster the growth of startups just like DISPENDIX, brainstorming advice, resources and guidance to thrive as rising contenders in competitive markets. Supporting startups not only boosts the local economy, but also encourages sustainable values and practices manifested in fresh, innovative ideas and technologies.

Eco-Consciousness in Your Laboratory

Behind the scenes of life-saving research often lies a mountain of lab waste. Plastic mountains, energy guzzlers, and endless water usage are not exactly the picture of an eco-champion. What if the lab itself became part of the solution?

DISPENDIX is pioneering the future of health, where groundbreaking research goes hand-in-hand with environmental responsibility. Our tools, like the I.DOT Liquid Handler, slash plastic waste and reagent usage, reducing the environmental footprint of every experiment.

Join us in revolutionizing healthcare. Bring eco-consciousness to your lab with the I.DOT Non-Contact Dispenser. Let's heal the planet with one less pipette tip at a time.
