The I.DOT Liquid Handler is a non-contact microfluidic dispenser that does not require any tips, training, or automation experience. 

The I.DOT is designed to dispense up to 65% glycerol, so even the most viscous fragmentation enzymes can be dispensed using the I.DOT.  

For library prep, use the I.DOT to dispense the End Repair & A-tailing Buffer and Enzyme, the ligation buffer, DNA ligase, and, obviously, your adapters of choice.  

For post ligation processing, reaction clean-ups, and size selection, you can use the G.PURE NGS Clean-up Device. This can also dispense your ethanol and resuspension buffer. It's also completely tip-free and consumable-free, in general.  

For library amplification, he I.DOT can dispense the HiFi HotStart ReadyMix and the Library Amplification Primer Mix. 

Pool using the I.DOT and variable volumes of your library and backfilling with water, and that's it!
