Miniaturized Drug Sensitivity and Resistance Test on Patient-Derived Cells Using Droplet-Microarray

Workflow for a highly miniaturized DSRT (Drug Sensitivity and Resistance Test) on the DMA (Droplet-Microarray) platform using I.DOT.

This study demonstrates highly miniaturized DSRT on a DMA platform that has the potential to enable tests using minute amounts of patient-derived primary materials and reagents that are impossible with the current state-of-the-art microtiter plates.

I.DOT as been successfully implemented to dispense nanolitre volumes in an Array format on DMA slides:

1. Cell Seeding

2. Compound printing

3. Dispensing of cell staining solution for readout assays in DSRT workflow.
