Matrigel dispensing has never been so easy
We have extended our I.DOT One acoustic non-contact dispensing system by a heating/cooling unit, which is capable of tempering the liquid samples within a temperature range of 4 to 37°C (39°F to 100°F). Therefore the I.DOT One system is now able to dispense normally hard to process liquids like Matrigel into or onto any plate format or surface.
Dispensing of 3 µL into each well of a 96 well plate only takes 15 seconds, 1 µL into a 384 well plate only 40 seconds. Have a look yourselves.
